Carers Week Programme - The Eric Liddell Community

Recognising and supporting carers in the community – Carers Week full programme (starting on the 5th June)
🌼Monday (10:30am – 3:30pm)
Fun day at Polwarth Parish Church in collaboration with Milan SWO. Activities include barge trips, Indian dancing, yoga, music and food. Focusing on celebrating and recognising carers.
🌼Wednesday (10:00am – 4:00pm)
Eric’s Escapes – Pollock Park and Burrell Collection. Carers break for carers and their cared for. Focus on carer mental health and wellbeing.
🌼Thursday (11am at The Eric Liddell Community)
Launch of Wellbeing Walks – Exploring Eric’s Community. Focusing on nature, mindfulness and wellbeing. Open Community.
Wellbeing Lunch – recognising the work unpaid carers do.
🌼Friday (10:30am – 3:30pm)
Eric’s Grand Day Out at Polwarth Parish Church. Activities include barge trip, Indian dancing, music, and food. Celebrating carers in our community.
