The services you would help provide
Our three core programmes: support for people living with dementia, support for unpaid carers, and running a thriving Community Hub have always been the heartbeat of our mission.
Our Dementia Day Care Service
Recently recognised as ‘Excellent and Sector Leading’, our Dementia Day Care Service provides specialist, person-centred support for people living with dementia, helping them stay in their own homes for longer.
Carers Programme
We continue to support our network of over 500 carers with vital respite and activities like yoga, tai chi, and art therapy to enhance wellbeing and reduce isolation.
Open Community Programme
We held 465 community activities, including our weekly wellbeing lunch, our community living room as well as music, poetry and gardening groups.
Liddell Lions
At our weekly Liddell Lions lunch, carers and people living with dementia enjoy music and games in a welcoming space, with a real say in how the service is run.
